We take great care in making sure that each one of our bears is in perfect condition before sending him off to his new home. If your bear arrives damaged or defective we will be happy to exchange your bear.

Please contact us with details or email us directly at CustomerService@BummerBears.com to explain the problem and we will make arrangements to exchange the damaged bear with a new one.
